GREEN BAY – The Packers survived a second-half comeback by the Seahawks to win the NFC Divisional playoff 28-23 on Sunday at Lambeau Field.

With the win, Green Bay moves on to the NFC title game next Sunday at San Francisco at 5:40 p.m. CT.

The Packers took a 21-3 halftime lead and led 28-10 midway through the third quarter. Seattle rallied with a pair of touchdowns, but the Packers held them off.

Preston Smith had a big third-down sack to stop Seattle's last drive, and then the Packers got two huge third-down conversions on offense to run out the final 2 ½ minutes. The first was a completion over the top to WR Davante Adams for 32 yards, and then TE Jimmy Graham made a catch over the middle on third-and-9 in Seattle territory.

The spot on the reception to Graham was reviewed, but the call on the field of first down stood, and the Packers were able to run out the clock.

For the Packers, RB Aaron Jones and Adams scored two touchdowns apiece. Jones had 21 carries for 62 yards while Adams had eight receptions for 160 yards, setting a Packers postseason record for receiving yards in one game.

QB Aaron Rodgers finished 16-of-27 for 243 yards with the two TDs and a 113.7 passer rating.

For Seattle, QB Russell Wilson was 21-of-31 for 277 yards with one TD and a 106.5 rating. WR Tyler Lockett had nine catches for 136 yards and a score. Wilson was Seattle's leading rusher with 64 yards on seven scrambles. The Packers held RB Marshawn Lynch to 26 yards on 12 carries, though Lynch rushed for two TDs.
